It is suitable for those new to yoga or movement, those recovering from injury, illness, or stress and for maintaining peak performance in even the most athletic pursuits.
The focus in this style of practice is always on the ease of breath and body. By connecting your awareness to these elements you can stretch safely and detoxify organs and tissues as you develop a better sense of your thresholds and learn to let go where you may be physically,emotionally or mentally holding yourself back from living your dreams and leading an extraordinary life.
I offer one on one or small group instruction personalized to your body/mind and soul needs.
Audio or written instructions are offered to help you take your practice home with you, facilitating joyful movement in every day of your life.
